Christina Smith


Olympian / Author / Speaker / Brain Injury Advocate

Having participated in the inaugural women’s bobsleigh competition at the 2002 Olympics, Christina is no stranger to getting out of her comfort zone and relentlessly pursuing her goals. While competing, she had so many magical moments, especially during the opening ceremonies of the ’02 games. Her career was not without its low points, including the death of friend while sliding on the track and suffering a traumatic brain injury. She has resolved to educate and empower others with similar injuries to live healthy and fulfilling lives through her foundation, Concussions HOPE. BRANDI CHASTAIN

American former professional baseball pitcher.

A top-10 draft pick by the Detroit Tigers, Jacob played for five MLB teams over the course of seven years and spent a season overseas in the Korean Baseball Organization.  Throughout his career, he learned what it took to perform under the weight of high expectations and adapt to hurdles he encountered along the way.  Following his retirement from professional baseball in 2019, Jacob launched his second career as a financial advisor, teaming up with his brother to form JL Strategic Wealth.  He loves sharing with his audience:
